A counsellor is part of the practice team. Referrals are via your GP.
All patients with diabetes are supported and reviewed regularly by the practice nurses at our Diabetes clinic. Diabetes clinic appointments are booked via reception.
The Practice offers the full range of contraceptive services during normal surgery times, including emergency contraception. Please make an appointment with the Practice Nurse or Doctor.
Long Acting Reversible Contraceptive
Contraceptive injections are provided by our practice nurses.
Contraceptive implants are inserted and removed by Dr Mckenzie., Dr Hope and Dr Dixon.
Sexual Health Clinic
If you think you are at risk of, or have, a sexually transmitted infection, please call the genitourinary medicine clinic at the Churchill hospital directly on 01865 231231. No GP referral letter is required.

Your own doctor will also review you throughout your pregnancy.
We provide some minor procedures including joint injections. Please book an appointment with your GP for them to assess your particular needs.
The practice nurses can provide advice and vaccinations appropriate for your travels abroad. Please make an appointment at our Travel Clinic at least 1 month before you travel to ensure that you can complete the full courses of any recommended vaccines. Please note that the majority of travel vaccinations are not covered under the NHS. We therefore offer this service on a private basis to patients registered at our practice only. Please see travel vaccinations pricelist in the DOWNLOADS section of the menu for current vaccination prices.
Following a review of our services we need to advice you that we have ceased to be a Yellow fever immunisation has always been a convenient service for our Patients, but due to increasing demands on staff we have prioritise the other services we offer. We are sorry for any future inconvenience it may cause to our patients.
Additionally, we have also stopped providing courses of Rabies, hepatitis B for travel, Men ACWY, Japanese Encephalitis or Tick Bourne Immunisations.
We continue to provide core travel advice and immunisations per our NHS remit. The NHS vaccines are Hepatitis A, typhoid, polio, cholera, and any combined vaccine that has one of these disease protections in it.

Foot Care Service
This service is provided at Donnington Health Centre on Tuesdays by Age Concern.
This service is provided at Donnington Health Centre on Wednesday afternoons by the Citizens Advice Bureau.
